Family Dollar

Found what I went here for plus one other item. The extra item rung up at a different price than was marked on the shelf. I told the cashier what was marked on the shelf and she just stood there looking at me. No call for a price check! I then told her I didn't want it. I wasn't thanked for shopping there or even given my receipt( had to remove it from the printer myself) as she proceeded to ring the next customer. Will not shop here again!

I only gave 2 stars because when the manager Donna is there she is very friendly and treats people correctly and is very professional But till this evening the young lady with the reddish hair called me sir is she blind or do I have to show my vagina and breast so she will stop insulting me. I AM A WOMAN. Next time I might just sue the store owner for the employee being disrespectful. And she acted like she didn't care when I confronted her about it. She just walked away and ignored me. As far as the other employees for this store they are very friendly and professional. They are very respectful.

Wish I could give negative stars.I went in,and store was stinky EVERYWHERE of weed.The cashier stayed on the phone the whole time talking to his friend ignoring the customers,and continually using ONLY foul language. After ringing me up grudgingly,he wouldnt talk ,or give the reciept. What a true Ghetto Store.The ones in city arent even this bad. You really to need to better screen your people that you hire.

Amazon couldnt deliver my order today because they couldnt gain access to the door at 4:55pm I called twice and the phone just rung I rode over there at 5:10 and found the doors locked and no employees there. Trusting to get packages delivered safe and on time to a store open until 9/10 just to find them closed during open hours is insane. Please do better!!!

I was here today and this young girl didnt even say hello when I said hi. Rang my things up didnt tell me my total just stood there. Then when my receipt printed up she just left it on the printer. Bagged my stuff and walked away! Unbelievable people like this have a job. I know we all have bad days but this is ridiculous! This made me feel like I was bothering her at the place she chose to work. Do better hiring team! She was awful in every way possible. The bright side there is an employee here whos been there a long time. Shes always a pleasure but this young lady was HORRIFIC.
