The customer service at this location is horrible I live within walking distance of this location and I would rather drive to the location in Hillside, which is 20 minutes away from me before I go to this location horrible service.. And the mgr is rude.. Stephaine is the only reason Ive shopped there in the past

The employees here steal your points with your purchases. I made a Sally beauty account so I can get rewards and I waisted a good $200 bucks and nothing ever showed up on my account. Atleast not until I went to another Sally Beauty. I will never go here again. When I confronted the cashier she was giving me additude. Very disappointed.
