        I went into Advance auto looking for a headlight gentleman helped me find it ,bought it took it home but couldn't get old one off,so I went back about 8 hours later and thankfully the same guy was there and I asked him if he could try and he did several times and couldn't get it. Jamal thank you for trying so hard to get old one off. Find out we were all turning it the wrong way I'm sorry but appreciate you helping me and being so patient.

        Wish I can give zero stars for the customer service and the way the prick who worked this morning treated my 76 years old grandmother. She had to call the police on him, he should be glad none of her grandchildren were there ! You don't like the minimum wage customer service based job YOU choose quit!

        I cant thank Jamal and Anthony enough! They were awesome!! My truck died on me, I had to get a jump then go to their store on the night of a storm! They were professional , pleasant and went above & beyond! Thank u for changing my battery , giving excellent customer service and making me feel at ease during a frustrating time! May God bless you both in ALL you do !! Definitely recommend this location!!!!
