We worked with John and GEM after a hail storm hit our area. We had over a dozen people knock on our door offering to "help" John met with our insurance company and we were able to replace the entire roof. The team arrived before 8 and when I stopped by at lunch they were cleaning up and already done! I had GEM come back in and build our new deck with Trex Decking. We had a design already in hand and it was built out perfectly. The quote was far less than anyone else and we could not be happier with the experience. Highly recommended!!!

The quality and craftsmanship of Gem Exteriors is 1st class. We had them install new aluminum soffit and fascia to our home exterior and wow does it look amazing! I have worked with Gem Exteriors for the past 20 years on many projects both on my former home in Elk Grove Village and on my current residence in Roselle. The work that has been performed has always been superior. I have had Gem Exteriors complete roof replacement, siding, windows and doors. The crew has always been professional and arrived timely. We had Gem Exteriors install our new front door a few years back. They provided AWESOME, fast service; great workmanship; clean, expert, and courteous workers! Next, they came to repair our siding when damaged by wind. Again, reasonably priced, fast service, perfect match, and highly skilled workers. Naturally, after the recent storms hit, they were our first call for our roof. They met with our insurance person and got the job done quickly and expertly. All three times we have been very satisfied with a job well done. Thank you, John and all at Gem Exteriors for a great job again. I highly recommend this company for any and ALL your needs.
