First they charged a $50 fee just to schedule the appointment. Then when the technician came (after the scheduled time), he was rude, didn't even look at the problem and quoted us $1600 for the repair. He offered no explanation as to what the problem might be or what would be done for $1600. When we declined the work he said he was glad because he didn't want to be working all night. Seems like he made the price up so he could end his day. We were still charged the $50 for the appointment even though he didn't even look at the problem. Avoid this company! Rude technicians who seem to just make up whatever price they want.

I unfortunately cannot comment on their work, as they never showed up. I called to receive an estimate for how much we would have to pay to have them come out. I was told they do not do estimates over the phone and I had to pay $50 to make an appointment. I paid them and set up an appointment for between 8 and 12. At 12 I still had not heard from them so I called and was told they were running about 20 minutes late but would call me shortly. At 1 I still had not heard anything from anyone so I called to cancel.

Was courteous did a great job. Could tell that he was experienced.

With this particular annual check-up, I am very satisfied. Joey did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly.
