        Came here with the family. The women's bathroom was out of order, and I needed to change my sons diaper. The place was swarmed with flies, and I asked for a fly swatter (wasp on the window). They had no fly swatter and just told us to move to another table. No sorry, no effort to make the situation better.

        I had an excellent time at this place. We enjoyed the great environment and the meals. The waiters are very attentive. I am content we finally managed to visit this place.

        I love Pizza Hut pizza. So I will go there no matter what. I would just like to see the McHenry, Illinois restaurant get a face lift. It is sort of old and greasy. It needs a little love.

        Shirt staffed, didnt come to table and ask if we needed anything, no silverware offered, soda fountain was down so no drinks refilled. Overall run down interior and poor service.
