I gotta tell you.... we looked at a house on a whim, left there knowing we wanted the house but I had not taken the steps I needed prior to looking to get an approval letter, so I called Ryan. I got him a few financial things quickly and 4 hours later I had a letter in my hand. We went back to see the house one more time the next morning and put an offer in on the house. From every step, every text message, every phone call, every conversation he was encouraging, helpful, and even when it got crazy through the loan process, he was very reassuring and I actually felt like I had a whole team behind me making sure we succeeded in our dreams. I can tell you without Ryan, we wouldn't be in this house, this easily, with this much excitement behind us. When you try and run a business and work and do the loan process and taking the steps each day you need to to get the deal done, it gets to be a bit much but you never felt like that because Ryan always had our backs and was working hardy to see our dreams to fruition just as we were.
