Ordered food for take out for the family and friends. Worst $90.00 ever spent. Wings were dry and hard. They had to be old and were just warmed up in a microwave. Burger was dry and the bun was hard as a rock. Never will we eat there again. It was embarrassing to serve it to friends. We ordered a pizza from someplace else and tossed your unedible food.

The embodiment of "good food / bad service". Our server literally interrupted us mid order to wave to her friend that just arrived. Then kept forgetting about us because she was talking to her friend. She wasn't doing callbacks or table touches, so we had to keep getting up because of things she forgot to bring. Wife and I were FOH service trainers for 10 years, we can tell when things slip thru cracks vs just not caring. I'll go back to just ordering carryout

I used to visit buffalo wild wings twice a week with my family and we used to love it. We were very happy with the young male server with the eating. He was always assertive and professional. There used to be a couple of other great servers. Unfortunately the last few visits, customer service was not good. Last time there was a young short waitress, who not only messed up our order, but also kept bothering us by telling us we were her last customers. Then she was asking us if we wanted the check when she had just brought our wings. Even though she brought us the wrong wings, I was willing to take the wrong wings home. The manager rolled up his eyes when she told him about her error. Honestly, bad service is ruining the business at your location. I will be happy to return when you hire decent employees.
