I was exhausted physically mentally and emotionally after a very hard 2 week job and was in real need of badly work. I'd heard good things about Options 4 Health and called. I got in for a 90 minute Myo Facial massage with Katie and knew I was in great hand and good care. She listened and is highly intuitive- a great combination. Can't recommend her enough.

I received a gift certificate from a student for this place. I had never been before and I certainly didn't want to waste a terrific gift. Professional and well done massage. I filled out an intake form to help personalize my massage. I would recommend Options 4 Health.

I got a massage yesterday  from Kaylee. One of the best massages I have gotten and I've had more than a dozen masseuses over the years. She found the places that needed work, checked to see if she should pay more attention to them and did. I got in at a convenient time for me and lucky to have it be very close by location to where I was. Definitely recommend with nothing less than 5 stars.

I have been operating bulldozers for 25 years and it has taken an effect on my back and hips. So much so, that I can barely sleep from the pain. Robin is able to relieve the pain. I don't know exactly how or why, but it really works. She is nearly miraculous! With her help, my sciatica is gone, and I no longer toss and turn in bed all night. I think most people see a massage as simple luxury. However, don't overlook the "Therapy" part! A good Massage Therapist is an expert, and can help you feel better everyday, not just while you're on the table. Thank you Robin.
