Modern Concrete

Signed a contract for a concrete patio in April of 2022 with a delivery date of 8-10 weeks. Every few weeks we would get an email as to why they were delayed. Unsurprisingly, by October 2022 we were told our project would no longer be completed that year. After this, we tried many times to get them on the phone and have a conversation and never received calls back.

An exceptional concrete contractor. They are a standout among the many contractors I have worked with over the last 30 years. We most recently worked with Modern Concrete on an office building addition with complex reinforcement details and the full spectrum of cast in place work. They did excavation and engineered fill, foundations, flatwork, retaining walls, curbs, and walks. Brett and his crew were great to work with. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work was excellent . They were reasonable with change order work as well. I like that Brett, the owner leads the work onsite so there is a high level of knowledge and competence at every step. They have earned our trust.

The guys at Modern Concrete did an excellent job on my stamped concrete pool deck. They did a clean, precise, and beautiful job. I have also worked with them on the same jobsite doing commercial work where they displayed similar craftsmanship with honest scheduling and appropriate safety measures taken.
