        John from maintenance saved my life, and I mean that literally. The apartments are very new, and due to the buildings settling as well as heat causing my front door to swell I was genuinely trapped in my apartment and could not move the door an inch. I put in a ticket, and John responded in literal seconds and fixed everything so fast. The maintenance team here at these apartments is amazing and responds super quickly.

        I saw Jong outside of my apartment and asked him if he had any touch up paint for my kitchen so I could paint a few spots in the kitchen I had accidentally made a mark. He not only brought me the paint but came in and did it for me. Stand up guy. Thanks Jong!

        Requiring guarantors to have 6x rent in monthly income is WILD for an apartment in an area with the median income at less than $100k/year. Good luck finding tenants who can actually afford this standard.
