        I purchase a Silkie, Speckled Sussex and Chocolate Orpington from Angie and I cannot say enough great things! My chickens are beautiful and healthy and Angie was so nice and accommodating when I needed to change my order. I will definitely be ordering from Angie in the future!

        Excellent communication, healthy chicks & great packing/shipping! My F2 Olive Eggers & Black Copper Merans have grown into beautiful hens that lay extraordinary egg colors! I will undoubtably be purchasing more day old chicks from chicken scratch poultry

        I just will advise you to get chicks and not hatching eggs. Ive gotten shipped hatching eggs from different places and always had a good hatch rate but unfortunately with chicken scratch poultry Ive had 0 hatch. However I did get chicks from them and they arrived perfectly and healthy.

        Thank you for finally making my wifes Easter egg dreams come true. For years, we have been trying to get Easter eggers from other unnamed hatcheries with no success.         Absolutely beautiful little pullets. I named my olive egger Maya, the splash silkie pullet Gizmo, and the blue silkie pullet Wicket. They have charming personalities and don't act at all like they were mailed all the way to upstate NY.

      Hi Emily,I totally agree with you. When eggs are shipped that fare of a distance it's very hard on them and the postal system is pretty rough on the eggs. Chicks or started pullets is a better choice.Angie
