        This has been my go to store for my business vac for 10 yrs but since they moved to countryside they have been very spotty on hours. 3 of us just waited a hour and never showed up to open lost 3 people just now

        Ordered from them via Amazon. Part shipped and tracking provided via USPS...which isn't the greatest but that's not on them. Part received as described (new - original Dyson part) and has worked perfectly. Now you can find parts a few bucks cheaper from eBay or that sort of you want to take a gamble with your money. For me I'll spend a few bucks to know I'm getting the part from a highly rated seller.
