Had a 5 out of 5 experience today, Janet the financial representative was so helpful so kind and kept a smile on her face the whole time even through technical difficulties she made the whole experience a breeze and I will definitely be coming in for my next auto loan to numark in coutryside with Janet.

My CD matured on Friday, March 22 2024.I arrived at the Countryside branch at 11:15 so that lunch breaks would not be an issue. I requested a check for the balance plus 6 months interest at the teller window.25 minutes later,the check was finally ready.Amanda the branch manager was not working that day so in my frustration I left her a voice mail ,have not heard back from her?Will be repeating my money removal in April and again in May.Mark Twain said he was not worried about the return on his money, but the return of his money.

I've had nothing but good experiences at NuMark over the past few years, using it for shared banking with my credit union. These guys are always helpful and cheerful, and treat customers as actual human beings rather than account numbers. The trio I talked with today were so bloody chipper it was almost sickening: They were glad to exchange small talk and *very* receptive to the idea of their photos on a Google review (I shot five in all). Good for them; I hope my review and accompanying photo puts a smile on their faces. (pictured: Yareli, Felicia, and Faviola) Keep it up, guys. Thank you and happy Valentine's Day.

As a NuMark Credit Union member for more than thirty years----all the way back to when it was known as Johnson & Johnson Credit Union----I am eminently qualified to rate the customer service quality of this organization, and can therefore attest to the absolutely superb member service consistently rendered by NuMark Service Representative Yareli Perez. Ms. Perez is flawlessly professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, and always always pleasant. She is a joy to interact with and NuMark would do well to place Ms. Perez in charge of customer service training for the credit union. She is simply outstanding. Ken Calvin

My visit to the branch began with a friendly greeting from the staff there. As I did not have to wait long to be attended to I was helped by a friendly teller named Karina. I was going in for a simple transaction but after being asked a few non invasive questions while my transaction was being done she was able to uncover that I was having some credit card issues. She was so helpful and genuine when informing me of a promotion they had and how it would save me some money while I paid down my balance. I will be continuing to go to this branch and recommend family and friends.
