        Would never recommend having an event at the Hilton. We had my mom's celebration of life there, and it was the worst experience ever! They provided horrible customer service. There was no management there to help us. Even after reaching out to management, they still never came in to help. Our family pretty much did everything for the event that we were paying the Hilton to do. They took no accountability and still haven't. We also reserved a room, and the room was so dirty that we didn't even feel comfortable staying. There was hair everywhere. I had to lay towels down on the bathroom floor while getting ready. This was extremely disappointing and sad that the Hilton caused us so much extra stress while we were mourning the loss of our mother. Rooms: Very nice but not clean Safety: The front desk worker was yelling at my sister. At one point, he took off after her. Terrible attitudes and not professional at all. They need to be trained on how to be professional and how to dress professionally. Noteworthy details: The hotel needs someone managing it properly. Lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. This hotel is nice and new but is going downhill fast. With the right employees, this could be a very nice place. There was one employee who was great, and her name was Jenelle.

        Rooms: Very clean, a new hotelvery nice! Highly recommend! Food & drinks: The best rib eye steak at a Hilton garden inn! And a favorite Paloma, in which Ive had many! Lily our bartender was amazing! Highly recommend and in the area will be back! 10 stars!

        The stay was good but I've tried to make reservations since and the prices keep rising and I don't think it's worth it

        The bathrooms needed attention. There were no hand towels, and some of the stalls did not have toilet paper in the ladies' room by the room we rented. From what I understand, the men's room had a similar problem with hand towels - nonexistent. Also, with standing up and looking at the TV towards the east, it was hard to see what was written due to the lighting.
