        The place was clean and confirmed pest control is a standard. Easy access to the storage facility. No trash or bugs in sight. The staff is VERY nice and welcoming. Made the process as simple as possible. Only took 10mins for the entire process. Highly recommend.

        My rating is for the excellent services by Michelle. She provided excellent service. I am not pleased with the huge rate increase, especially since I have been a customer for a while. There seems to be no honor system.
