        If you are ordering for a group from this location, make sure to Double Check your receipt. We got charge $99.99 for two "Pick Your Pairs"...their salads are good, but not $200.00 worth. This whole situation has really turned our program off from ordering from Potbelly's again. I have been in contact with multiple people from this store, and nobody seems to provide us with an accurate answer. This transaction happened back in December of 2023, and we have never received our refund. (Attached is a picture of the charges smh)

        Spent 10 minutes inside and they ade my sandwich but wouldn't make the salad I ordered. One worker went to make it but the other told him not to. Had to walk out.

        This potbelly is terrible. They always have me pull around abs don't bring out my food. They never have products. I have to go inside to get my food after pulling around waiting not than 15 min. Terrible
