I worked with Wes and he was phenomenal! I didn't know him previously and was linked to him through Zillow, and I was pleased to find that he was knowledgeable about home construction and was a great realtor. Wes was patient when I was debating about purchasing a rental property, he didn't pressure me, he answered all my questions, and was always available when I had more. In the end, he helped me make a great offer that was accepted. I will absolutely contact Wes with future purchases and highly recommend him.

Wes was great to work with on me buying my first home. He has knowledge with construction and renovation, which was really informative. I appreciated him telling me different options for diy projects and how to tackle different problems while saving as much money as I could. This whole home buying experience was very stressful, but Wes answered any question I had in a timely manor and didnt make me feel dumb for asking about anything. He is a cool dude to talk to and a great realtor!

I could talk for days about how awesome our buying experience with Wes was but for the sake of this review, Ill try to touch the important bases of our experience. My fianc and I began looking for our forever home in 2023. Keep in mind, we had very little knowledge in how the home buying process worked. After looking through local available homes, we found a potential match and we were lucky enough randomly get a viewing with Wes. After that viewing we knew we wouldnt work with anyone else. Wes was accepting and respectful of our limited home buying knowledge, he broke everything down and helped explain everything to us in a way that made sense. After looking at multiple homes, Wes pointed out things we hadnt even thought of, and helped us eliminate homes that wouldnt fit our needs in the long run. After only a few short months we had an accepted offer in on a home we both absolutely love. Now my fianc and I are in a beautiful house that meets all of our needs and we couldnt be more excited. Long story short, working with Wes never felt like we were working with a realtor, it felt like we were working with a friend, and thats exactly what it was. We HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for your new home to use Wes with Stence Reality.
