Timmit Radon Systems

The owner, Tim, brought his two sons to install our mitigation system in West Bucktown. You can tell they take pride in their work. The guys were extremely thorough, trusting, clean, very friendly, and did not cut any corners. 10 out of 10 experience. Honestly, if these guys did other work outside of radon, I would be hiring them for every project. Trust me, don’t shop around, just go with Timmit.

Tim and his son did a fantastic job on our mitigation system. He was able to provide a detailed estimate after a short discussion over the phone. When they came out, they were very professional but personable. The piping and duct work that they ran was very clean, and allowed for the basement to be nicely finished in the future. There was no trace of dirt anywhere, which is impressive given the fact that they drilled holes in the foundation in 2 places. The equipment they used is top notch. The follow up radon test passed with flying colors, well below the allowable limit. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My home was a challenge to mitigate the radon. Results of the initial mitigation were not as good as the owner expected. He quickly came out and installed a larger fan. It helped, but he still wasn’t satisfied. He Wasn’t willing to give up, so he applied suction underneath my attached garage. That did the trick. Results were immediate. All that extra effort, and Tim never once appeared annoyed as some business owners would when they know they’re not making money for doing more work. Excellent customer service is something I look for in companies, and they delivered.

Tim and his team made this process as simple as it could be. They are very knowledge and their work is top notch. I would gladly refer my friends and family to them based this experience with them.

Extremely professional, family runned business. Honest people and quality work. Barely any clean up needed after job completion. Most importantly, took the time to explain the process before starting and promptly responded to follow up questions weeks after the job was complete. Takes pride in his work and the materials used. The finished product presents much better than those I've observed in the neighborhood. Clearly can't say enough. I would highly recommend timmit radon.
