I called about upgrading an existing policy and the receptionist told me that I would receive a return call but never did. That was over a week ago. I'll be a little more aggressive and hopefully they'll return my call. If that doesn't work, I'll physically drive to their office and maybe I'll receive the answers I need. Not happy.
Update: I was contacted by a very nice man who answered all my questions and even gave me more valuable information that I ca n use. I just wished he would have been more prompt on my return.

Pathetic rental company, please be aware that Melissa, the property Manager is the worst manager I have seen. I rented an apartment for 5 years and left the place super clean without any damages. I even got the carpet cleaned and sent her the receipt of the same. She still did not refund me the deposit and never ever replied to my email. I also did refer a lot of friends who rented multiple units with them over years. This company doesn’t take into account any loyalty or honesty. This manager is a liar and do not fall into the trap of renting any property from this agency! I would give them a rating on a negative scale.
