Definitely the worst bank to bank with. They do not care about active duty service members at all. You should never keep your money in any of their banks!

First Southern bank has decided for its customers that it will change from a Visa debit credit card to a master card debit credit card this seemingly innocent change now requires you to put your pin number in for each and every purchase you do.
No longer can you just push the credit button at your local krogers or grocery store you must put in a pin number or they will decline your purchase.
When I called First Southern to discuss this issue they told me there was nothing that could be done it was the merchants fault and then when I explained it works with my other cards at these merchants they told me it was master card's fault.
I explain to the lady on the phone that this is very inconvenient for me and other customers she basically told me to bad that's the system now!
Being a loyal customer of this bank for over 20 years I do not feel it was their choice to decide for me whether I would make a credit or a debit card purchase With my own money but apparently they took it upon themselves to tell me how they were going to let me access my money!
Therefore I will be changing banks and anyone who does business with First Southern needs to understand they do not care about their customers their only concerns are their bottom line profits!
Good bye First Southern hello SIU credit Union lower interest rates and better rates on checking!
Probably the best thing that has happened to me in quite some time the people who do not care about me Or my Concerns have basically pushed me out of their system Thanks 1st Southern for showing me what you truly care about!

Come every morning before I open my store. Sat here for 4t minutes today. Only had 1 car in front of me. Ridiculously bad service. Opened my store 15 minutes since I had to wait so long.
