        Completely unprofessional. Kacey didn't even bother to show up to my court hearing or join over zoom. The judge even waited 45 minutes after our court time and she still didn't appear. Called multiple times left voice-mails only to not get called back. Won't even get half of what I paid them back which I don't feel is fair since she didn't show up.

        Strongly do not suggest using Kacey for anything court related. Absolutely impossible to get ahold of, purposely ignores you, and doesnt keep her word.
