Try to use their tow company through my insurance. After a couple phone calls back and forth with the tow truck driver, it was apparent that they were not going to deliver the car in a timely manner at that point I had to go to bed for work. So I asked if the tow truck driver could deliver the car the next day. So then we start the process all over again,a couple text messages later the driver keeps telling me he has to finish one job and then he'll come to me. Fast forward another 6 hours and then the tow truck driver tells me because I rated them low through my insurance because it took them almost 48 hours to deliver a car which they never deliver they cancel on. I would use any other tow company but these guys.

My car died on my way to work and Ben arrived BEFORE the estimated pick up time and had my car on the trailer in less than 10 minutes. He took my car and myself where we needed to go and made sure I had a ride before leaving. 10/10 would recommended! Great service. Thanks Ben! Service: Car towing

On August 8, 2022 we were driving down an interstate highway in Northern Illinois when our SUV started to overheat and the service engine light came on. Because we were not near an exit, we had to pull off on the side of the road. That was very scary as it was an interstate with a lot of traffic. We tried getting towing with a company we pay for roadside assistance, but after 4 hours of waiting, they could not deliver. Big Country Services Towing and Recovery came to our rescue. Not only did he tow our vehicle to a dealership, he drove us to the hotel and saved us an Uber trip. If you need a towing service, this is your guy. He was our guardian angel.

Its a terrifying experience when you are from out of state and suddenly have a flat tire on the side of a very busy interstate! This happened to me the other day. My insurance company told me it was going to be almost 4 hours before someone could come help me ! I called Ben and he was there within 20 mins ! While we were on the phone discussing where I was located he told me to start calling some repair shops so that I could quickly get it and be taken care of. When he showed up he was so nice , knew exactly what to do , got my donut tire and on even gave me directions on how to get to the right shop ! The shop he referred me to also was amazing ( Ill be writing them a review also)! Long story short , he aired up the donut and my 20 min drive to the shop went smooth. I was able to get a new tire and be back in the road a few hours later. Bens business is his own . Local and small but the best! Hopefully I wont ever need his services again but if you are reading this and in need CALL HIM NOW ! Service: Tire change

I can't say enough about the service I received being stranded on I90 at midnight! Not knowing how to get my faulty spare mechanism to release because of rust and a bad design. The person that helped me had the experience and expertise to get it to release rather quickly and helped me to get home to my family safely. I normally don't do reviews but I think I got a new BFF from Marengo! Thanks again buddy
