Jay at Illinois Powersports is the definition of a professional. I have brought my bike and two of my quads to him. Every time he has always kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He never tries to upsell you on anything and only recommends exactly what your machine needs. His knowledge on many different types of motors is excellent, and he has a lifetime customer. It is well worth the 4 hour drive for me from Grand Rapids, Michigan. I highly recommend Illinois Powersports to anyone who just needs to freshen up their machine or who needs a complete build done. Great service and attention to what you need. The owner is an animal lover and takes time to make sure his pet is taken care of. I just really like the general feel of the place. They've got my business from here on out!
