The folks that I have spoken with have been polite. My only complaint is the nonsense of landlords being stuck paying water bills of tenants who leave without paying. The tenant pays a deposit for God's sake, that should cover the bill. But noooo, the deposit is kept and landlord charge. I can barely buy food for myself. I live off of SS and am OLD.I have one house that I rent out and the rent pays the mortgage. So, it isn't like I am some huge property owner. You cant catch a break in this town. Of course, it isn't the employees fault.

Initially I went there to pay water bill. Later I did auto debit from bank account. They are friendly.

Staff was friendly and courteous when I called. The new system that shows your total online with option for paperless bills and auto-pay is much better.
