Awful and would not recommend! I scheduled my apt a month out. Moved my schedule at work to be able to attend and after calling in for my apt, I get there for them to refuse me because I only had an hour available before I had to go back to work. Missed out on work for them to refuse me and I was really needing this apt. Careless is an understatement for the staff of this company!

This is a HORRIBLE organization! I brought my son here for therapy and to see a psychiatrist. The first counselor we had was fabulous! Then she called me one day to say she was leaving. He was then transferred to a different counselor named Karen. This counselor only saw my son twice in person due to COVID 19. One of the appointments I asked for a referral to a doctor. Who of which is located in canton. We went and saw the doctor. She was amazing! I really liked her. Well over the next month or so, the counselor had scheduled counseling through zoom meetings with my son instead of in person. She did not appear at these appointments and in her notes she claims my son was not present. Which was not true at all. Long story short, this counselor left the association as well, but this one didn't call me to inform me.She also, closed my son's case without my knowledge. Which results in the doctor dropping him as a patient as well. NOBODY TOLD ME THIS. so they left my son without much needed therapy and medication needs.
