The owner is honest, so kind and reasonable. Provided me with great advise and next steps on what I should do. Next time I have any body work to do, Ill be heading to F.T. Collision!

Before choosing F.T. Collision to perform work on my car, I read the many positive reviews posted here. I figured how could I go wrong if everyone was raving about the awesome customer service and outstanding bodywork, and I was so right. I didn't make a mistake choosing F.T. Collision. This place is incredible! Roberto, manager of the shop, was friendly, courteous and very professional. I really enjoyed doing business with him. Also, the work performed on my Kia Rio by their skilled mechanic was excellent and it was completed fairly quickly. I was really surprised the job was done soon, because there is a shortage of replacement parts for Kias. Hundreds of Kia's in my city are being hotwired using USB cables and screw drivers thanks to a Tik Tok Challenge. The delinquents destroyed my car's steering wheel column, the ignition cylinder, and busted my back rear window. Luckily, F.T. Collision's talented mechanic repaired my vehicle and it looks and handles like new again.
