This place is a joke well the person who answers the phone an older guy and he is rude and puts u on hold for a long time and then is moody and when u ask him questions or pricing he seems irritated well if u cant talk to people right dont work customer service because trust me Im gona be rude if ur rude!!

Dr. Smith has treated the animals that have been in my family for over 20 years now. Yes we have lost a few throughout the years but Dr. Smith is always very compassionate and takes her time to make sure she is treating your animal with lots of love as she is diagnosing what the issue is with your pet. I would recommend Companion Animal Clinic for your fur babies!

Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose my kitty fast, but also explain to me whats going on and how to resolve. She was thorough, yet very compassionate. Not only is she smart, but you can tell she truly cares. Highly recommend Companion Animal Clinic. 3/13/24

I don't leave bad reviews ever but when it comes to my babies, it's serious.Very upset with this clinic, will never be going back. Didn't get seen until a little over and hour after my scheduled appointment. I go in the vet room with my cat and there's just another cat sitting there....?! Why would that ever be a good idea?! And I wasn't even able to get a prescription written out because I was told I had to pay a $9 processing fee. For what? I was just trying to purchase one of the medicated foods that was offered by the vet and chewy was waiting for confirmation of prescription from them and they couldn't even do that. So, chewy cancelled the order after a week because they never got a response back. Even though I walked in there and talked with them about it. And then I even called a day or two later to talk with them about it and still nothing. That's really disheartening. My cat is overly stressed and peeing blood and was even PANTING on the way home from being EXTREMELY stressed. But it's fine. Because I got a prescription written out from another clinic without any fee. Just thought you guys should know because this was not cool. Makes me feel like my baby is not cared for.
