Received excellent customer service today from Nick. Super helpful and patient with our questions and made things smooth and easy. Sherman Williams employees always seem to be knowledgeable, consistent, and friendly.

I came in with what I thought was a challenge. I had 15 year old paint that I wanted matched. I was informed that the color matching system was updated and I also had a discontinued paint base. My formula would no longer be able to be made. Noah took his time and worked around this problem we had and came out victorious! The paint matched EXACTLY! Kudos to Noah for thinking outside the box and making my experience there great!!

I have shopped at many Sherwin Williams paint stores. We stopped in the other day and we did not receive the service level we have received at other stores. We were the only people in the store. We are working on a very large project and the painters had stated Sherwin Williams is one of the paints they use. We are new to the area and stopped in to look at paint colors I did not feel the person working was interested in helping us. So we left the store.
