        Pretty Swifty motel. The rooms are small and dilapidated. Staff is ok with how rooms are because they haven't refurbished probably since it was built. tenant's there are all people collecting social security and smoke crack.

        Excellent excellent excellent!! Love the guy that runs the place and the room service. Stayed there for a few months. Really good HD TV service can record shows has HBO movies playing 24/7 and has room service come by everyday! Nearby activities: River walk, green house, and beach nearby Walkability: Gas station open 24/7 across the street, good breakfast restaurant nearby (Potato Shack), and WingStop
