PNC Mortgage

Like most of the people doing reviews I'd give them zero stars if I could because pnc sucks so bad. Went in there today to do a simple deposit it's not brain surgery. They had one totally incompetent teller working and 2 more ladies standing around behind the counter doing nothing. They had 2 more people sitting at a desk greeting customers. How about opening another lane so people can do their banking and get on with their lives. Didn't even get to do my transaction because I spent my whole break waiting in line.bunch of idiots

Customer service is complete garbage nothing but terrible employees. Employees Lied straight to my face and then continued to help my wife just not me if u value your time or money you wouldnt bank at a waste management company like this one

Worthless system terrible service!!!Machine took my checks and gave me no money after 20 minutes they say we will mail you a new check.

Horrible when it comes to catering to the handicap. They took away the drive through in loves Park and now you have to walk inside. I am on oxygen and this is unacceptable. The closest drive-through is on the other side of town and I just dont think its worth it. time to look for another bank because PNC doesnt like handicap people evidently.
