Mercyhealth Galleria Dermatology and Plastic Surgery – Loves Park

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The worst receptionist on the face of the earth who is completely rude every time they call you. Their physicians are constantly on leave and they reschedule you several months out. I've now been waiting for 2 years for them to see me but instead they constantly call me every 4 months to reschedule because their physicians can't get with the program. I sincerely hope they get new staff. Myself and family will be switching to UW. WORST SERVICE EVER. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Lazy. Dr. Grevious ordered a CT scan then once he saw it he said he couldn't help me. I asked for an appointment to explain the the CT results and the nurse told me "there's no point." I didn't even get a recommendation on where else to go. I then went to my primary and she said it's hard to read it and I don't blame her. Just like everything Mercyhealth they ended the care. I can get the exam and CT notes to go somewhere else but that's it. I have several chronic illnesses and I'm never taken seriously probably because I'm a woman. I'm making a promise to myself that I will not be getting more Mercyhealth providers.

Worst specialist I've ever had to deal with. They refuse to refill my daughter's meds that she's been on nearly her whole life unless she is seen. Appointments are always booked out 2 to 3 months. This place is a huge waste of time, some of the medical providers are extremely rude, and they are terrible with communication.

The only reason this place even gets a one star review from me is because the office manager Lauren was amazing and definitely did her best to resolve the issues. But I just went in for a hair loss issue and seen Emily the NP and after i tried asking several questions I had, she got irritated with me and spoke to me very aggressively and then YELLED at me. Then could hear her yelling about me to her coworkers IN THE HALLWAY where everyone in the building can hear her. Like what? Ive never had a professional treat me this way. Im going back on Thursday to see a different DR. After I hear what he has to say I will have my primary refer me somewhere else. Im definitely in shock After this visit. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but thats no excuse to treat a patient that way. Not to mention as well, I had my appointment scheduled for 2 months before they called me 2 weeks before my appointment to reschedule it pushing my appointment out another 3 weeks away because they originally scheduled me as a new patient with a DR who is leaving the state, they told me the DR was not scheduled to leave until after my initial appointment, but I dont understand why you would schedule me with a dr who is planning on leaving the clinic in a month? Because then Im left searching for a new dr after she leaves. They did call me after rescheduling my appointment because they had cancellations but then I go in and had a terrible experience.
