        They charge you service fee for using credit or debit. As a business owner myself, it is cost of doing business and would be embarrassed to ask my customer to pay the fee!

        We bought a large group of trees from Ack Ack recently. I was so impressed by the process of picking out my trees via golf cart. They were very knowledgeable and helpful; while also making sure I chose the best quality. The delivery process and planting was worry free and smooth. I am glad I went with Ack Ack doing the install. The nursery overall, had a great selection of trees and was very organized. I love that Ack Ack is a family run business and I will be supporting them again, in the future.

        Will not be doing business with this nursery again as they do not warranty their trees. Had a pine tree that was not doing well after it was installed and did everything they asked me to do to help the tree. The tree is almost dead now and they will not help replace it.

      We certainly wish you did not feel this way about us and we welcome you back anytime! But we do have to stand by our policies. When someone buys trees from us with a 35% or greater discount, like everything you have purchased from us, there is no longer a warranty. Just like we told you upon purchase and just like it says on the highlighted warranty sheet that we stapled to your receipt, on which it is also printed. We would be more than happy to help you replace it, we just won't pay for it. We have had zero prior communication from you regarding a problem until the day you left us a bad review here. We log all of our problems on paper and request emailed descriptions/photos, of which we have none. "And that .. is the rest of the story."
