Dr. Pooley has been my dentist for over 20 years. My seven year old son, not a patient of Dr. Pooley, obtained an injury to his upper front teeth exposing both roots. Went to two hospitals, one of them a teaching hospital in Madison only to be told by their pediatric facial trauma surgeons not their issue while sitting in their ED until 5am. Son in tremendous amounts of pain and now going on 12 hours of being injured. My son's dentist is not available on a Saturday, nor is there any Orthodontist or oral surgeon available to assist. I called Dr. Pooley asking for any advise. Dr. Pooley called me back while camping in Wisconsin and told me to head to his clinic and he'd meet us there in an hour. Opened his clinic along with his assistant Jamie and took are of our son. What Dr. would leave a camping ground spending time with their family, drive an hour and help a non-patient of theirs? Dr. Pooley did and his assistant Jamie. Hand's down, one of the best. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts...

The staff is extremely pleasant and make you feel comfortable. Dr Pooley will make you relaxed and I never felt pain. There also very good at getting you right in at your appointed time.

Wonderful experience. Smile friendly. Had 3 fillings done today. Easy in and out. Friendly dentist and staff.

Terrible dentist.  If you want to get your teeth cleaned and a side of covid,  he's your man.  He doesn't wear a mask when out in the public and believes the pandemic is a political hoax
