I have utilized Loves Park Chiropractic for over 20 years. You will not find a more knowledgeable, dedicated, and friendly staff anywhere in the stateline.

Nope, can't say I find this office to be professional. Kept having to tell people to stop talking to my daughter who's a nonverbal autistic toddler, they don't believe in wearing masks, and the doctor seems to think that chiropractic cures everything. This woman is a quack I left before she even adjusted my back. I felt very uncomfortable at their facility, and will never be going back again.

BIG WARNING do not go to Loves Park Chiropractic on river rd. They are Doble charging there patience! I made my appointment 3 weeks ago. I gave them a release of my medical records since I had so many x-rays and CT scans done. 3 days before my appointment they told me I had to come in with almost $200.00 depending on how many x-rays they did. Plus my $20.00 co pay plus a $40.00 office visit/consultation. Then $35.00 for the adjustment. Now this did not sound right since they are in network with my insurance. So I called my insurance company they told me no that is wrong. I would have to pay $20.00 co pay and $20.00 for up to 3 x-rays. That's a total of $40.00 I called the Loves Park Chiropractic back and told them what my insurance company told me. They insisted that they were wrong. And they do not pay for any of that. So I would need at least $200.00 I insisted my insurance would cover it, and this did not feel right. That this is a bad way to start a new relationship with a new customer. She then tried to insure me if my insurance covered it they would issue a refund. I sat on this over the weekend and it bugged me. Monday I recalled my insurance company and once again they told me what was covered under my top tier plan. And to have the office call to confirm. So I called once again to Loves Park Chiropractic and they FLAT OUT REFUSED TO CALL AND CONFIRM MY INSURANCE COVERAGE! I called back to my insurance company and let them know what was said and they told me they will be flaged for double billing there customer, and insurance fraud. So keep a look out!! Help each other out. And share so people know what they are doing is wrong and stealing from there customers.
