Was in town for work and getting ready to go home when our car started to make a noise in the front end. F and F came highly recommended. They looked at it and told me what was wrong fixed it and on our way great service if we ever have a issue again I hope we are lose to them to fix it.

I have been coming here for roughly 5 years and Im so incredibly disappointed with the current mechanics. I have only stayed loyal to them for so long for one reason and one reason only: the gentleman who is always up front & answering the phones (pretty sure his name is Ron). Hes always been so helpful and I can actually trust him since Im literally clueless when it comes to cars. He is also the only reason this isnt a one star review. But unfortunately hes not the one working on my car, so when I went in for an oil change and a wheel alignment, I got told they didnt do my alignment because I just needed air in my tires. I was preparing for a 15 hour drive down south and my alignment was definitely off.. It made it difficult to drive my car confidently so how was I gonna make that long of a drive? Anyways, I paid for my oil change and left, but my gut was telling me to get a second opinion on my alignment since thats a long drive to make as a woman by myself. I am SO happy I did because the picture provided is what my car was looking like before it got fixed. Drove like new as soon as I got my wheel alignment done. I dont know if the mechanics there are just lazy or flat out dont care, but that was a loss of business. And now I will never be back.
