        This review is long overdue. About a month ago, my refrigerator in my Class B stopped working. I had two other mechanics look at it and fail to diagnose the correct issue ($425 later). I called 83RV and Gerald was more than accommodating in getting me on their schedule. The day I arrived, I was met with kindness and efficiency, and Steve, the mechanic on the job, found and resolved my issue within two hours of being there. He also kept me informed on the process and was willing to answer ant questions I had. Highly recommend 83RV to anyone who needs efficient and reliable service on their motorhome (especially Pleasure Way!)

        These guys are great. When our RVshare cancelled on us three days before a trip we had planned for months, we thought we would have to change all of our plans. Eddie got us set up with a last minute rental that was perfect. Friendly, professional service. Thanks!

        Wanted to follow up regarding our service appointment we made earlier in the year. Short story 83RV is my solid go-to place for my rig's service and manintentance needs. They are thoughtful, authentic, professional, timely, effective - I believe they want me out enjoying my rig as much as I want to ! Longer story if you would like details - GERALD was a person of his word - we had a laundry list of items to be serviced in March and he said he would stand by his team's work. After 2 camping trips we started to have issue with one of the serviced items - a window slide locking bar. Gerald was appreciative of my wanting to get this made right and did some creative scheduling to get us in as soon as we were able. STEVE was the service tech called upon to help make this right - and he did. Not only did he take the extra time it required, he was willing to let me learn a little bit more about my rig as he did.
