Had a travel trailer blow out on our way through Chicago. Got excellent service and advice from Noah who literally had our new matching tire ready for install n put the spare back on the rack in only 30 minutes ! Wow!!

I waited in line for 30 minutes. For 25 of those 30 minutes, the line did not move a millimeter. I repeat, for 25 minutes, the line did not move a single millimeter. Customers were getting upset and lesving, including myself. But what can you expect from tire guys? Apparently, making a line move is rocket science to them. And they were not short staffed at all.

I had a 9:15am appointment here on 10/12/20 and arrived a little early and still wasnt seen on time. I went in for tire inspection because two of my tires were leaking air on my 2017 Kia Sorento. My car was finally taken into bay for inspection and gentlemen came back and informed me that one of my tires couldnt be repair because of where the mail was located. Then I tell him ok just replace my tire with the same brand of tire already on my car. The tire was not in stock so he supposedly order the same tire and I was able to go back in later in the day to have it put on car. I get there and all of a sudden I need another appointment so I made one and waited over an hour. Now the tires are finally on my car and Im off the lot. I go over my service receipt to find out that the guy ordered the wrong tires and they were a more expensive tire. I have gone here before with no issues and have recommended people to the Lombard location. Beware if you are a female they will try taking advantage of you and upscale you on tires that you didnt ask for. I will no longer recommend this location and probably will not be return myself. I was hoping to give them a five star rating like last time I but no. I now understand why another customer was going off on them and threatening to take his business elsewhere. Do better people because my first time using you a few years ago with tires for my Malibu was awesome but this time I really have nothing good to say. FYI give the customer the tires brand they ask for and not be sneaky and slide a more expensive brand on there car.
