        Latasha B. was absolutely wonderful! Went to the nearest bank to help me with an address change and verification of an account with 53 bank. I needed the info for the secretary of state and she understood what I was going through. We talked about various things and really connected. Smiles, friendliness and laughter!         I went to the Lombard branch because of fraudulent activity on my card and Kenneth the banker I spoke with did absolutely nothing! Said that I had to wait 24 hours and then he would give me a number to call, Ive never in my life been so dissatisfied with the service I received! I will be canceling all 3 accounts I have with them and I will be filing a report specific to KENNETH! Absolute joke
