Unfortunately the towels are a hit or miss and consistency is not consistent. One can look past the flaws of a product as long as it delivers a value however the boxes tend to have more useless rags or excessively damaged rags than what should be deemed as acceptable. The most recent order was two boxes of terry rags yet I received only one. I reached out to the company and they said they were sending another box and that was never delivered. Ive contacted them again but have not received a response.
