This company is a scam. Read the reviews on the BBB website. I received a letter in the mail and two text messages stating that I owed a copay for my daughter's appointment. Per doctor's office billing department and Mychart, I have $0 balance. I think this company gets information from insurance companies and exploits the patients hoping someone is dumb enough to pay them.

Wakema suggested I use my cc to pay this medical debt. Why would I do that when I can make monthly payments interest free? St Francis effed up and sent this bill to collections even tho Ive paid on time for two years. They refused to rescind it from collections. Not Mirameds fault but claimed letters were sent to me. I never received!! I told them this they had attitude about it. They are funny if they think Ill put this on my cc and incur interest. I have 3 years to pay off before it hits my credit score, so Ill pay it off monthly with no interest.

Gave me incredibly bizzare attitude when I tried explaining my history with this process issue at first, but until I called my hospital and then called Miramed back explaining the hospital told me it was taken care of and to tell Miramed to dispute it; their attitude changed I as well was presented information in regards to surgery, anesthesia, doctor names, and hospital bill information. After telling them about having three different insurances that were claimed and processed, i was threatened with credit report damage and more consequences if said fit. I believe im protected under hippa and I in no shape or form should have recieved any information from this agency about the medical information. (That's illegal btw, agencies are required to sign a hippa agreement.) My hospital gave me updated information and told me a balance that was far less ($4,400 less) than this scam institution. As well as I was billed 2 or 3 times for the same treatmen which was a mistske on hospital end. All my insurance information was given on several occasions and an up hill battle since 2023 of april.. I would not give them any other info. And go directly to the hospitals billing information, and not call this organization until disputed and claims are met. I recommend calling the hospital, give then updated primary/secondary insurance. And work with them to get claims and payments started. And give them as much information as possible. As well as wait the 30-45 day claim process. Any remaining balance pay the hospital if above $500. Any balance below does not go against your credit and cannot harm it anyway

I had to put a review on this collection company whom be calling on behalf of St. Fransican urgent care center in Portage, Indiana. I visited this urgent care facility a lot but on 11/7/22 . I was given a new injection called Xolair from my allergy FNP, she stated some side effects, but it hit me hard, I had hard time breathing, it felt like someone was sitting on my chest. I remember this facility was crowded but you think they would have reacted qiuckly upon telling them my symptoms. No not this day, I sat in that waiting room over 4 hours. No one asked me,( are you okay? Let me see, if I can get you in faster) no they let me sit all that time. Then when they did see me, I spoken with the MA the whole time, not one damn doctor came into that room. The MA stated the doctor ordered an EKG, but they had issues with leads coming off they were desperate they were taping them on me, still no reading. Then the MA and another individual ( No doctor) stated I needed to go to the ER department immediately. I drove myself. Now, I paid $75.00 right they are stating, I still owe them $125 something if that nature. This doctor Quinn stated she saw me that day. This doctor is not being honest and charted in her narrative notes that she saw me. OMG, In all my years of nursing charting untruth is against the law. I asked for someone to call me. I still have the voicemail. This individual by the name of Sharon phoned me, nothing but untruthful acts on this facility, This individual wasn't even in the damn office so how can she take someone side. This is why thos collection agency is bothering me. I will not pay them for doing nothing and leaving me out in that waiting area for those many hours. Xolair is an injection that helps builds Antigens. I have long hauler covid and the injection is good for some. But, I had cardiac issues from this medication, my own FNP stated she didn't know, I had asthma that too was false these individuals whom , I thought cared about other people are only out for themselves. So St. Fransican in Portage, Indiana do whatever but not one penny will be paid to you for no service rendered. Miramed Group stop contacting me on this so call bill, you can sell it on a penny of a dime no one will get anything from me. I'm putting my name so you know who I am Mrs. Jenkins
