Our salesman Steve was very nice and answered all our questions. Omar worked very hard at the demolition of our old tub. He was joined on the second day by Dillon. They cleaned up very well both days! The tub to shower remodel turned out beautifully. Jamie, in the office, was thoughtful and made scheduling very easy.

What a great experience from start to finish! Dillon Bera the installer was an Allstar and did the most professional job. When he finished the job you couldn't tell he was even here b/c the area was spotless. We couldn't be more happy with the Bathfitter experience. Thank you Dillion Bera and the entire Bathfitter team.

The initial appointment was with, Bill. He listened, explained the process & suggested product. There was also financing available which was an asset. The office manager, Jamie was professional, pleasant & easy to talk to. She arranged set up time/appointments. The process was in steps. Each technician was prompt, efficient, friendly & respectful of property. The first day Cam arrived to open wall. The second day, Ray arrived early for plumbing, then Dillon installed the tub lining & walls. Dillon did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend Bath Fitter!

Bathfitters was our third quote. We were quoted precisely what we were looking for - we were not trying to be oversold. We were offered financing options and scheduled within two weeks. Others were 4-6 weeks out and did not give a final cost at the appointment after taking 2 hours to present. The installation for two bathrooms took 2 days. Julian and Alex, the installers were on time each day, clean, informative and consultative on the install. They were friendly, professional and were done each day before we were home from work. We are very pleased with the service from beginning to end. The finished bathrooms look fantastic and are exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
