        BE AWARE AND PLEASE, watch your cars while parking outside at APEX41 spots near garages, cause people from nowhere(non-residents) can easily park here too for whatever amount of time, scratch your car, and easily leave. Yesterday FORD F-250 SUPER DUTY (TX PLATE NUMBER) parked right next to me. When I came closer to my car door, I saw a pretty big scratch that other vehicle's owner left on my car. There are no cameras outside, so I cannot prove anything, but while observing his door it was super easy to understand who did the damage to my car. There was no one inside that vehicle for me to ask questions, so I reported this to Apex management first, asked them to check him in the system and if he is not there then tow him, because I felt unsafe leaving my car. It was Sunday and no one could check/tow, so I called the police for the report. Today I received an email from Apex stating that FORD vehicle is NOT in the system and they only have my words, which don't prove anything. OK. Long story short - they will ask you to give your plate numbers prior to signing the lease(so you are in the system and will not be towed even if you park outside the garages). The bad news - everyone can park here. APEX will not tow a vehicle that is not in the system, even if it states on the lease(maybe its someones friend they said) and even if you as a resident explain to them that you feel unsafe(pay for garage parking then - they said). There are no cameras there and whoever can park/damage your vehicle and easily leave next morning like it happened in my situation.

        I am so happy I chose Apex 41 for my new home. The apartment is quiet, sunny & the bathroom is very spacious. All appliances are new and updated flooring. The underground parking is my favorite part. No worries about weather or my car. I want to thank Stacey Floyd, the assistant property manager, for making this move feel so comfortable.
