Rosa was amazing at getting us into houses quickly so we could bid first on the ones we liked. She worked with a great lender, lawyer, and inspector that she recommended that were very quick and attentive to respond as well. She's very down to Earth and picked up on what we wanted in a home and was able to recommend homes in different suburbs. Very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know, she gets back to you the same day. She negotiated well for us and got us closed in 2 weeks. Would whole heartily recommend to everyone!

If you are looking for a realtor and a team of professionals to help you throughout the process of buying a home, dont look any further! This being said, I would highly recommend Rosa by giving her 10 stars if I could! Not only is Rosa an experienced agent, but also knowledgeable, helpful, and overall determined to help her clients make the best decision. As she made the process easier, by helping us narrowing down our home expectations. As she would listen and ensured we were happy with our decisions. This was our second time purchasing a home and in comparison with our first purchase I couldnt believe how much helped one could actually receive. For instance, Jason, our lawyer, kept us informed throughout the whole process of everything that was happening. Along with Marilu, our loan officer, who ensured all the documents were timely submitted. As for Rosa, being an expertise in real estate made this whole process smooth and bearable as she would always be looking out for our best interest. I did notice Rosa has an amazing group of professionals working along her side as they have great communication among one another. Thank you for helping us accomplish another goal.
