Lisa was professional and personable to us while trying to sell our home in Romeoville. She walked through the house and helped us decide what to do in preparing the house for sale. She really helped us n arrow down what we should and shouldn't do to prepare to sell. Her marketing style is the best we have ever seen. It included her going door to door to pass out flyers about the sale of our house. Lisa also had a phone call with us the same day & time every week to give us feedback on showings and status of the closing once we were under contract. I was very impressed that Lisa followed the buyers mortgage application and loan process to make sure all was in order and we wouldn't have any hiccups with closing on time. We would use Lisa again to help us sell a home and recommend anyone looking for a realtor to consider using her.
