        Needed my 2019 W-2 transcript for a mortage, reached out to ask for it and was told next time in the office I would be taken care of, as the W-2 was most likely still on file. I've been ghosted for a week and now the interest rate I was locked in for has gone up. Communication is non existent. On a subsequent outreach, I was taken aback by how I was actually left on read by a business.

        Communication and professionalism is terrible. If you want a gap year with no taxes filed I would strongly recommend checking this place out.

        Horrible. Simple return and such a head ache. Almost a year to the date and because of their mistakes I still haven't received my state refund. I removed my original 1 star review for the benefit of doubt, this time it stays. Still never got that 2018 Illinois refund. Did taxes myself this year and 2019 refund came in 5 weeks
