I have purchased several large format printers over the years. Sign Outlet Store has BY FAR the best customer support there is. Saj is an animal at getting you up and running if you have any problems. He remote logs in, takes over the wheel and gets you back up and running in no time! Sign Outlet Store will be my go to place any time I ever purchase equipment! BTW, my warranty was up and they still go above and beyond! Saj helped us out tremendously! We were having problems with our printer due to a bad print head and air in the lines and Saj spent atleast an hour or two trying to walk me through how to fix things. Once we realized it couldn't be done over the phone he scheduled us in asap and was able to come diagnose the problem and get things fixed a week earlier than he initially thought. He got us back and rolling super fast and am more than appreciative for all of the help from him and everyone else at Sign Outlet. Looking forward to getting the new V3 this fall so hopefully don't have to call the repair department for a little while.

I recently purchased a used Roland printer and called for a service on it. Saj was amazing! He made sure he had all possible spare parts with him when he came, checked machine and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and made sure machine is ready for use. I would definitely recommend them and definitely ask for Saj!

Saj is the best tech guy. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Solved my networking issue and I learned how to use the new software from Roland. Saj's knowledge about software and hardware is unparalleled.
