Robert was on-site with his team to make sure it was done correctly, which I appreciated. The work was done on time, communication was responsive and everyone on his team was polite and considerate. Before the frigid weather in Chicago back in January, I developed a roof leak above my garage. Based on the reviews, I reached out to Robert at Allmax for help. While on the phone, he looked up my address, identified the potential issue and offered to come out and give me an estimate. Snow and frigid temps got in the way of quick service, but Robert stayed in touch with me, came out when it warmed up a bit, shoveled the roof in the trouble spots and sent up a drone to check other areas. We quickly decided on a plan and right when the defrosting started his team was out and fixed my roof before more damage could occur. Allmax is great- I highly recommend Robert and his team. I love their sense of urgency, fair prices and professionalism.

Robert and his team were exceptional to work with. We were in the midst of a home purchase that had a 20-year old roof. The sellers continuously tried to have insurance cover the replacement, which was denied multiple times. Robert came by quickly and offered his overall thoughts on the roof condition and presented a competitive quote. He was the only roofer that didn't try to "upsell me" or convince me that he could make insurance cover it. He was quick to respond, honest, and extremely professional to talk with. Additionally, he went back and forth with the sellers and myself, which I know is less than ideal in this type of situation (we knew the sellers and didn't use agents - not typical). I can't recommend Robert and his team enough. He was able to squeeze the replacement in right before winter weather hit and we are now in the new home with a beautiful new roof!
