        Tried to show the unit I was renting during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, after making the listing agent aware of symptoms and exposure to COVID-19. Only after I reported him to the Illinois Board of Realtors did the requests for showings stop. It is realtors like this that caused an executive order to stop showing tenant occupied units. Also, shared a photo of my license plate number in the listing. Find another realtor.

      Thank you for reaching out. I want every client to have a positive experience working with me, and I'm sorry you didn't have that.  Your Mother was renting the home to you put it on the market to sell.  The day it went on the market, March 25, 2020 there was one agent that requested a showing and they didn't show it. I put it as temporarily off the market on March 25, 2020. The home was not shown to anyone while you were living there. I took a picture of the garage and inadvertently your license plate.  You let me know and I immediately removed it. Your Mother stated you were moving on April 30th and you finally moved on June 30th.  I did receive a call from the Board on April 3, 2020 and they confirmed what I did was correct.   Covid-19 has been difficult for everyone and I hope you are both staying healthy.
