My experience with Closets by Design South has been stellar. They are very customer focused. My designer Kellie stayed in constant communication before, during and after installation. I even ordered additional shelving which arrived with a few nics and they replaced them swiftly with zero questions. Kellie even assisted and followed up with me even though it wasnt part of my initial purchase. I highly recommend their services. Oh and I forgot to mention how much I love my custom closet! From the start of design on paper to the installation, the whole process was smooth and quick. Our designer Nick was so much fun to work with. I know he worked so hard to make sure we get what we want without going over our budget. The installers (I apologize, I forgot their names) were very polite and professional. They did an awesome job and were very satisfied with the craftsmanship. From a drab wall to a fab wall such a great makeover!
